I have written blogs about the stubbornness of the human nature. it would seem that this stubborn attitude runs deep. For the past few decades banks and companies have made serious errors in their banking practice that have cased them to fail. Remember Enron, millions lost their retirements on that scam.   Taxpayers were required to pay for this criminal action. While Enron was a power company this kind of criminal action happens in smaller banks all the time.

Same crooks are in the same game

In most cases the smaller banks go begging to the larger banks for bail out, buy off the loss/risk from the small bank, like a neighborhood loan. But what happens when the big bank fails and fails because of criminal actions, and you have a loan with one of those banks?

Here are some facts that you should know, US Fed Chairman Bernanke said in his most recent congressional testimony on March 1 that the “risk of deflation has become negligible.” but Qe2 has not worked. Bernanke knew in 1988 that quantitative easing doesn’t work , now with evidence in hand he still recommends a QE3. Banking failures got so bad that from march -Dec 2008 the Fed Bank lent $855 billion tax dollars over the time frame for a rate as low as 0.01% to “foreign banks” while taxpayers were paying 8-30%. here is a list of who borrowed and how much.

This did not stop here, it went on. More loans were made more deals were complete, all with the assurance that the “Taxpayers” would bail the banks out. It’s a no loose proposition. The

Fed’s second round of “quantitative easing” QE2 involved $600 billion tax dollars created with a computer keystroke. Whats important to understand is that the Fed bought $1.25 trillion in mortgage-backed securities from the banks. This money remains in bank reserve accounts collecting interest while they go after payments from home owners, forcing them to foreclose and then selling the same property for less and fund another loan. The Banks that caused this huge crash did so with improper records and through cheating. In most cases they mislead the home owner.

If you are of the mind that you should not question the Banks then consider this little fact that is not a coincidence, Banks now are sitting on $1.6 trillion in profits in their vaults, $1.6 trillion is also the size of the federal deficit – a deficit so large that some members of Congress were threatening to force a default on the national debt if it wasn’t corrected soon. That deficit is affecting job growth which affects your local town. The banks have shown that they are not willing to spend that money but are willing to pursue loans that may already have been paid off.

On November 25, 2008 the FED purchase$100 Billion in government-sponsored enterprises (GSE) direct obligations(Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), $500 billion in mortgage-backed securities (MBS). most likely your mortgage was part of the purchase .

Bottom line is this, banks have done things wrong for the longest time. Since the law / government will not defend your interest its time that you defend your interest. Gravity and a flying paradox

We like to know where we come from, and on this anniversary of a 9/11 it is truer than ever.

Last week I wrote about the stubbornness of our society, its inability to accept what the eyes see without verbal suggestion, hopefully the article showed that most official explanations are mostly silly and require no facts since “faith alone” is the mantra. Ask anyone with a job today and they will tell you “faith” is best left in church when it comes to a days work that requires facts. On this anniversary, lets try something different. Another peek into the looking glass.   

The kaleidoscope of life is amazing and with fundamental keys of navigation, life will be lived to its fullest extreme. This short article touches on the first key gravity.     

 ”Gravity” today is misunderstood and therefore cannot be explained correctly. Most refer to it as the one constant in the universe and yet compared to the volume of space it’s quite rare.

 If the term gravity was to be understood as an affect like a blowback from a blast or the heat from your hairdryer then you have the right concept to understand what gravity really is.  

Gravity is an intended effect of a selection taken. Through understanding of this effect we can understand the structure of this reality.

We have hundreds if not thousands of examples to reference from and even instructions in the most basic way possible to manage gravity. however the most prevalent evidence and example that gravity is an effect is what almost every man woman and child sees each day . This is the Paradox of flight as it relates to insects. Flight as we understand it states insects should not fly. so either we don’t understand flight or those insects are doing something else.    

In the 1920’s French physicist Louis des Broglie was awarded the Nobel Prize for his discovery of the “will of matter” as he called it. He stated  that “any moving particle or object had an associated wave.” the term “moving” should have been optional, even so the will of matter is in very thing and its abilities are exaggerated in any flying, climbing, building insect in the world. So we have a label “will of matter” that has a demonstrated force. 

Let’s say for example we look at an ant. It can do many things that scaled up don’t work. 

Example: leafcutter ants. They can lift several times their body weight, survive falls, and walk on ceilings and in some cases fly. The acceptable scientific explanation for some of these abilities requires a whole lot of faith and very little fact.

Another laughable example is bees. Here is an insect that we see requires flight for effective survival but is has evolved more to support ground operations, flight it seems is just a transportation alternative rather than the key for life. The bumble bee is what every one would expect to see in “space” not in an atmosphere, Its built like a tank with obvious  rule violations to fluid dynamics, unless those rules  were understood and 100% controllable.  This Bee flies to work on wings that provide thrust but very little lift. All insects have the same ability.

So how do insects do the things they do? It’s because they understand what causes gravity and they can use it to their favor. They can turn it on or off and vary in between. They are not bothered with fluid dynamics of the space they fly in because they can manipulate it at will.

This and thousands of other examples demonstrate that the understanding of gravity as a fixed force of nature is in fact very wrong. As with your hair dryer you can turn off gravity.

Glance in the telescope please

The term “conspiracy theory” may be a neutral descriptor for any legitimate or illegitimate claim of civil, criminal or political conspiracy. To conspire means “to join in a secret agreement” [Wikipedia.org]
Now if we could just remember that definition  and jump in a Google time machine we can see the results of all past “conspiracies”.

Lets start with the trail of Galileo Galilei .
His, was a reality influenced by mystery powers, and believed magic, where the few literate ruled and “owned” the world.
One man purposed another point of view that threatened that control, his name was Nicolaus Copernicus.
His theory was that the earth was not the center of the universe. Imagine the fear in the ruling powers to have someone challenge the understand or control they preached. The fact there may yet be a power greater than theirs that could take away their empire did not sit well.
The church fought back, was hostile and skeptical and naturally the known world was also. Skeptics countered with the “it is common sense” notion as the champion of the cause.

This went on for over 65 years.

Then Galileo proved Copernicus right. The Church and its media minions trashed talked his discovery to the point where ordinary people were scared to look in the telescope and see the proof for themselves.

Galileo sent a letter to a friend saying “what should we make of this? Should we laugh or cry?”

The church put Galileo on trial in 1633. he got 3 years.

Google time tells us how Copernicus Conspiracy Theory turned out.(in case you don’t want to look) I could run through a  lot more but my point here is that our reaction to a conspiracy today is just the same as it was in the 1600. In 21st century conspiracy whistle blowers warn the public of bad events,even though there are laws to protect them, the public, media and power centers will ensure jail, death or ridicule.

Every major event listed had a whistle-blower or a conspirator story. Nixon Watergate, Regan Iran Contra, Enron scandal, AIG, Clinton Lewinsky , area 51, 9/11, Iraq WMD, Iraq Yellow Cake, Public Treason, Bush Patriot Missile, Clinton Oklahoma, FEMA, HAARP, X-37B drone space shuttles, QE1,QE2, Goldman Sachs, Federal Reserve, BP, Exxon, the economies of Greece, Spain, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Japan, Russia, and Belgium in crises.

In every case, there was or is a conspiracy theory predicting this “expected outcome”, and its authors and origin.
The public ignored these predictions of conspiracies and  followed the media who have always been selling seats not credible news.
the publics stubborn denial of the truth has cost the countries dignity, credibility, citizens lives and their future.

So moving along in the time machine we jump to today on the anniversary of 9/11 and the most pressing conspiracies of all time.  Those that have viewed the evidence given by the government know many things don’t add up. The facts provided don’t compare to the story . The children of 9/11 are 10 years old now and evidence is required.

Today

• We know that the later statements of terror and people’s involvement have all proven false.
• We know that 2 planes can’t destroy 3 buildings.
• After 10 years of looking we still can’t find 4 planes that were used on 9/11.
• We know that the most of the 2 towers were disintegrated into dust and the government own tapes show that happening in real-time.
• We know that some of the 9/11 terrorist are still alive today
• We know that most of the facts given about Military actions the day of 9/11  were false
• We know that on that day that  our CIA was running a drill which centered around the scenario of planes crashing into government buildings.
• We know there was no major media coverage of the issues of the 9/11 war games, or the “amazing coincidence” of the exercise being conducted
• We know there never were any caves in any mountains anyplace
• We know there were no WMD,  Nukes,  Bio Bombs, Yellow Cake, germ warfare or any imminent strike from any Arab state
• We know who paid for training of the 9/11 pilots
• We know which country they came from
• We know about Abu Gharaib and we know about the torture
• We know about the trillions of lost tax dollars

In all cases so far the ones predicting and warning have been very accurate. The media on the other hand are working on a 24hr news cycle, they  spin such yarns of deceit and fear, they scare even those who know the truth.

The facts are that,  in every closed scandal the conspiracy was proven correct.

In all open scandals the case is still inconclusive because  people will not “glance in the telescope.”

Obama’s Tipping Point

He is complicit. He is among the top 2% and on their side. expect nothing and get nothing but token changes that bush was just to stupid to understand­. expect another 4 years of sold tax waste and further depression­. more Taxpayer QE (cause the credit card is fully charged again) for an unregulate­d banking system. and more war for IMC. why do i know this is 100% going to happen. because voters listen to speeches and don’t check facts even when they know the speakers are lying.
Cant wait till dec 22 2012 .. something has got to happen

nothing learned

I moved to America in the late 1970s. The population was around 225 million people. The economy was recovering from another economic shock, the nation was enduring a deep recession which continued  through 1982. Business bankruptcies rose 50 percent over the previous year. personal  bankruptcies we at all time high.   Farmers were especially hard hit, as agricultural exports declined, crop prices fell, and interest rates started to rise. It got so bad that mortgagees were transferring hands like business cards. Give your name and assume payments, almost any one with a job could own a home. with no end in sight to this current mess could this lending  process  happen again ?

cost of health care

US Reform Act of 2011

The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in 1971…before computers, before e-mail,
before cell phones, etc. Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took 1 year or less to become the law of the land…all because of public pressure. This was a time when People of a democracy were taught that a democracy of the people, by the people required all the people to take an active part.
The current sitting congress and those past have systematically defunded public education of the taxpayers under the pretense of National Security and budget. The result is a small controllable voting public who understand government. What this has left the great US with is a country of over 300 million taxable people that are mostly poorly uneducated and therefore easily confused.
I got the following note from an email blast that is going around the web, which i have embellished for clarity, i would like to share this with you. It’s simple and direct the way the founding fathers of US operated.

Congressional Reform Act of 2011

1. Term Limits.
12 years only, one of the possible options below…
A. Two Six-year Senate terms
B. Six Two-year House terms
C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms

2. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay
when they are out of office.

3. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social
Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social
Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.

4. Congress can buy their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional
pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in
the same health care system as the American people.

7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
Lies to the people are consider a violation of their oath of Office and will not need a recall. Removal from Office is immediate and can only be restored with a public vote.
Lies while in office will be considered a criminal offense and will be enforced with the same laws already in place that apply to “we the people”.
8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen by congressmen are void effective 1/1/11.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s),
then go home and back to work.

If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S. ) to receive the message.
Maybe it is time.

“I’m focused on the job”

I Just got a letter from Obama telling that he is ” focused on the job” I elected him to do? take a look around the country. 44 million Us citizens are on food stamps , 24 million are unemployed , 17 states are stripping Unions, our gross debt to GDP ratio is 97.4%. 1 million Americans have had their homes foreclosed on since Jan 2011 by the very banks you bailed out with OUR tax money, 1.6 million are broke.

Yes we can Hope

You and both Gov parties are stripping our tax services because you chose to spend our tax money not on the citizens who are entitled to it but on despots, dictators and war mongers around the world. “I’m focused on the job” Not “IN” my book sir We are in another war, have not reduced our spend on the war and have not reduced government spending in areas of waste, Need some suggestions ? cut congressional wages to 1990 levels, ( they get enough perks from corporations ) Invest in building a future America, its parks, Roads, dams, bridges communications, schools, health care, you know the things we pay TAX for. not for personal wars or vendettas.

Could US Taxpayers defund AFRICOM ?

AFRICOM justification is transparent if not obvious, America has observed china making tremendous headway into Africa for past 20 years and in essence ignored it. However, paranoid fear conquers all logic. So once we recognized the need to secure resources and found the right candidate to represent America in Africa, progress should  be made. OOps Egypt Yemen, Bahrain, Tunisia, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Palestine  and most likely more to come.

The President delivered a 4:38 sec speech in Ghana. The first 2:46 sent a message of invasion  and not a message of friendship. Obama reminded Africa that “conflict is a part of life, constant as the rising sun”.

His Speech in Ghana makes it quite clear that:
1) America will be here in Africa and any African country  that welcomes America will not have to face the wrath of America.

2) that any country that does allow a US base will benefit from the sudden influx of cash and presence of dominating law to restore peace and make it safe, for just a few liberties.

3) that the USA will benefit from its natural resources.

These facts are well understood and there is ample empirical data that will predict the outcome of either engagement  within a chance factor of 98% certainty that one or both of the outcomes will end in an absolute mess.

In the fiscal year 2010 $302 million tax dollars were used for AFRICOM operations, these figures do not include funding for exercises. AFRICOM spent the year shifting humanitarian resources from civilians to military personnel. Most African countries reject this militarization of civilian  foreign engagement. Most also repudiate the role of the U.S. military and it use of private military contractors in training and equipping African soldiers.

Funding will have to increase for AFRICOM now that US has a UN mandate to support  no fly zones in Libya.

But here is the Ugly truth. The debt to US GDP spending ratio is at 97.3%. and that is the US line of credit.  The US Taxpayer has only 2.7% credit left.

US Military spending so far in 2011 is over $693 billion tax dollars. The cost to tax payers to open a new African  frontier of military combative bases will most likely eat that 2.7% margin. The Us presence in Africa is described in the Wikileak file, AFRICOM will inevitably be conceived as hostile, which will result in expensive skirmishes, when all is said and done will cost more in reparations for American tax payers.

In either case the current Federal budget to keep up 177 combative active bases is projected at $750 billion tax dollars when you add the cost of an engaged military its over $3.5 trillion tax dollars, its not sensible for the tax payer to support this Empire expansion with only 2.7% of taxable income available. Americas free spending Congress has gone insane. The actions of both the left and right have shown this. Across all US states, blatant attacks on fundamental rights are being implemented as law. Both the left and the right are complicit in two Active global  wars with no clear mandate, with no clear fund control. The treasure that is America is being waisted on lies.

The Empire is almost broke, there is no enemy. There never was. Our well funded FBI and Gov controlled US media cant seem to decide which Bin Laden is wanted Osama or Usama. That’s like Fred and Frank.  Laws placed to control Gov spending changed at the beginning of the 111th Congress, remember  PAYGO its was modified by including an “emergency” exemption. This designation was provided for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1), which increased the deficit and increased the public debt limit to $12,104,000,000,000, that’s trillion, today we are at $14.244 trillion and counting.

America is not alone in this, thankfully most disenfranchised taxpayers are coming out of the fog of war and begun to yell cease-fire. Almost every contentment has revolts on the aristocracy and Gov. From the Bahrain where an oppress society is created at birth, Déjà-vu, to Belgium where street parties are held to lampoon politicians and remind the citizens that its been 250 days without an operational Gov. To America where the taxpayer is focused on internal political strife, national funding, 24 million  Jobless, 1 million  homeless, 44 million hungry. Things are changing, the lower class and disenfranchised need to say enough . Tax payers need to understand  their role in this process and its importance. It is symbiotic.

It would seem logical for  US taxpayers to stop AFRICOM and set up USACOMM. perhaps if they put all that aid and training into the USA they will be better off to help others.

Lot less hostile and close to home!

What is a Conspiricy ?

Cenk @theyoungturks, I would reconsider your argument about your belief in a conspiracy. Your “Turkish laugh” should be sign enough that you would understand. But you don’t. So here is my explanation. Most Rich people are smart, if they weren’t they would be poor.

These rich people know the golden rule. “Fail to plan, Plan to fail” so it defies all logic that they would plan the success of their fiefdom and not plan our current situation.
They also know another rule, and that is “the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many”. This power hierarchy has existed in every chapter of civilization all filled with horrific murder, injustice, genocide done by “others”. perhaps the use of conspiracy softens the fact that  This time its “we the people”. who are the brunt of it all.

Stay frosty until the collective “many” can unite as one to oppose the ruling  few and shutdown the IMC,  this will just be another Déjà vu .

In summary Cenk , a person or group who conspire to do evil is the same as a person or group that plan to do evil.
